    1. Apply toothpaste directly onto the U-shaped mouthpiece.
    2. Place Oralyx in your mouth, making sure it fits comfortably over your teeth.
    3. Press the power button to start the sonic vibrations.
    4. Gently move Oralyx left and right while it cleans all sides of your teeth.
    5. After 30–60 seconds, remove and rinse the mouthpiece.
